When we were approached by United to design a new Mileage Plus experience, our challenge was to create a more usable site while tapping into United's distinctive, artistic aesthetic. Our concept focused on demystifying mileage value through calculators and interactive charts, as well as finding motivating ways to have the interface react to your membership level. While I shifted to another account after we won the pitch, the concept's influence impacted the resulting creative.
